Given the fact that Internet has made geography history, it is possible to launch attack on any computer from any computer located anywhere in the world. This is because of the fact that the Internet has created a boundary-less medium. However the fact still remains that the attacks on computer systems take place on the physical locations of the said computers which are located within the territorial boundaries of different nations.  As such, the focus on jurisdiction as an important legal issue in cyber security emerges.
